Each venture that I begin takes into consideration the intended destination. It is essential to have a sense of where I am going and why.

My work adds value to my life. I refuse to do jobs that are emotionally draining. My spirit yearns for a work environment that is uplifting and inspiring.

Being able to serve is my ultimate goal in whatever I do. I recognize that my existence is irrelevant when I am unwilling to use it to benefit others. Seeking fulfillment means looking for ways to apply my skills to resolving social ills.

It is crucial to be a positive impact on the lives of my clients. I like being able to reach out and touch the recipient of my work.

Transforming lives with my skills and talents is meaningful to me. It warms my heart when I see others celebrate personal wins as a result of my work. My job is carried out when its result is the richness of life for one person after another.

Teaching allows for the transfer of knowledge from me to hungry minds. It is encouraging to find people who always make time to learn.

Whenever I see someone put one of my lessons into practice, I commend them. I remind them that it is their willpower alone that propels them from inability to attainability.

Today, I am a visionary, with my eyes set on enriching the lives of others. I see roles in my career that allow me to transform others and pave the way for equal opportunity.

Self-Reflection Questions:

  1. How do I equip myself with the qualifications required for each career move?
  2. What is my purpose for my personal life?
  3. How do I know when a career path is right for me?
